Returns Policy
We want you to love every product you order from us and if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

Because our items are perishable we’re not able to accept returns once a product has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

For any non-perishable goods you can return them unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we’ve received them back, we’ll process your refund.

Simply email us at contact@kasba.store with your order number, what went wrong, and a photo if applicable. We’ll respond quickly with the next steps.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days once we’ve confirmed your return or issue. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear in your account.
